What to expect: In-office; ultrasound guidance for joints; light activity usually resumes quickly.

What to expect: 45–60 min visit with topical numbing; microneedling + PRP application; pink/sunburned look 24–72 hrs; series of 3–4 sessions every 4–6 weeks; gentle skincare and SPF after.

What to expect: Painless 10–20 minute sessions; typically a short series based on your condition; no downtime; often paired with PRP or rehab.

  • Stem-Cell–Based Therapy (BMAC & Adipose)

What it is: Autologous cells taken from your bone marrow or fat are concentrated and placed into joints or soft tissue to support repair and help modulate inflammation.

Good for: Select cases of arthritis, cartilage wear, and tendon/ligament injuries when non-surgical options are appropriate.

What to expect: Candidacy evaluation; image-guided collection and placement; outpatient procedure with soreness at the harvest site; personalized plan, sometimes paired with PRP or laser.

  • IV Therapy & Peptides

What it is: Targeted nutrient infusions and clinician-guided peptide protocols to support energy, recovery, tissue health, and metabolism.

What to expect: 30–60 min IV sessions; series or single visits as needed. Peptide plans are personalized with monitoring; minimal downtime.
