• Payment due at time of service.

• We accept major credit/debit cards; HSA/FSA cards may be used for eligible services.

• We’ll give you a clear estimate before treatment.

Insurance

• Our services are not billed to insurance.

• If you want to self-submit, we can provide a statement of services upon request.

Before your visit (checklist)

• ID and a list of current medications/supplements

• Any imaging (X-ray/MRI/ultrasound) or prior records related to your condition

• Comfortable clothing for the area being assessed/treated

• For PRP/orthopedic injections: hydrate well; avoid alcohol the day before; ask your clinician about NSAIDs (often paused before/after)

• For PRP facial/microneedling: come with clean skin; pause retinoids/exfoliants as advised

• For IV therapy: have a light meal and good hydration unless told otherwise

After your visit

• You’ll receive simple after-care and expected timelines.

• Many visits have minimal downtime; activity guidance varies by treatment.

• We schedule follow-ups to track progress and adjust your plan.

Forms & records

• New patient forms and consents are sent digitally after you book.

• To transfer records, ask us for a secure upload link.

• Please avoid sharing sensitive health details via the general contact form.
